How it Works

As a Vital Choice Rewards Member, you'll start earning valuable points with your first purchase. Simply use your card every time you shop, and we'll keep track of your points automatically with each purchase.

Joining is easy!
The next time you're in Vital Choice Health Store, just ask one of our Health Assistants. They'll open an account for you on the spot, add authorized users, and give you your Vital Savings Preferred Customer Card. You can start shopping and earning valuable Reward Points immediately.

Earning Points
You earn points on the items you buy (some exclusions apply including the purchase of gift cards and where prohibited by law). There are no minimums, and unlike other stores, no maximums! In other words, we don’t force you to spend a specific amount to qualify and we don’t cap our rewards either. 

Better yet, there’s no waiting!
We don’t ask you to wait a month, a quarter or a year to start using your rewards. You don’t have to wait for a letter in the mail or remember to bring something with you. The rewards you earned today, are yours to redeem tomorrow! Your points are automatically tracked and loaded on your account. All you need to do is present your Rewards Card or ask to use your Reward Points at checkout. Please note - to redeem Reward Points you must present your Vital Savings Card or be able to provide proof of identity as an authorized Rewards account user. You can also track and redeem points when shopping online at Shop.VChoice.com.

Points = Dollars!

You earn 2% Rewards points on all purchases (void where prohibited by law). For example, if you spend $50, you'll earn 1.00 points or $1.00 off your next purchase!

Double Points and Reward Multipliers
Every week you have a chance to earn DOUBLE Points! Rewards are doubled to 4% as follows:

• Mondays – Last names beginning A-F
• Tuesdays – Last names beginning G-L 
• Thursdays – Last names beginning M-R
• Fridays – Last names beginning S-Z

So in our example above, if your last name begins with the letter B, your $50 purchase will earn you $2.00 in rewards when you shop in-store or online on Monday! Also, be on the lookout for special Rewards Multipliers throughout the year where you can earn 3x and 4x Rewards on select items or store departments.

Other Savings and Coupons!

• Receive a special Birthday Coupon automatically loaded on your rewards account on your birthday (Note – you may opt out if you prefer not to give your birthdate.)
• Receive special Hassle-Free e-coupons (must provide valid email address)

Expiring Points, Exclusions and Limitations

Points are earned with purchases, and exclude shipping, handling, tax, gift card purchases, coupon discounts and any returns. Points accrue with each purchase and are based on net dollars spent excluding taxes. Reward points expire after 550 days of account inactivity. Some exclusions apply including where prohibited by law (ex. alcohol sales.)
