COVID-19 & Mask Policy Updates

Vital Choice encourages, but no longer requires, customers or team members to wear masks or facial coverings, regardless of vaccination status.


We will continue to observe the following policies:


  • No-Contact Curbside pickup – We will continue to prepare your order and bring it out to your car.


  • Prefer a mask, just ask! If you are shopping in our store and feel more comfortable working with a masked staff member, all you need to do is ask. A team member will gladly wear a mask when in close contact.


All of us at Vital Choice Health Store understand that while the mask mandate has come to an end, not everyone is ready to make such an abrupt change to what has become a daily way of life. If you have any questions, please call us at 440-885-9505 or email at CustomerSupport@vchoice.com.

Hours of Operation


  • Monday through Friday, 10am – 7pm
  • Saturday, 10am – 6pm 
  • Sunday, 12pm – 5pm

We are continuing the following policies: 


1. Personal Double Point Day


Instead of all customers earning Double Reward Points on the same day of the week, Double Points will now be offered on a specific day based on your last name. 

 

  • Mondays – Last names beginning A-F
  • Tuesdays – Last names beginning G-L 
  • Thursdays – Last names beginning M-R
  • Fridays – Last names beginning S-Z

2. Natural 'Tele-Health' Questions

If you would feel more comfortable discussing your natural health questions over the phone, please call us at 440-885-9505 to speak with one of our Health Assistants. If our phone lines are busy due to high call demand, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

3. Phone and Website orders for Curbside Pickup

You can continue to shop on-line or by calling us for in-store or curbside pick-up. Please note, when placing your order by phone, please allow at least 60 minutes for us to prepare your order . 


When your order is ready, you can either pick-up your order in store, or call 440-885-9505 to have your order brought out to your car. (Curbside Pickup is available for Credit Card or Check payments only.)
