Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is a champion of Vital Choice’s Mission to be a community resource helping as many people as we can get and stay healthy.

A successful Vital Choice Assistant Store Manager:

• Excels at providing the Vital Choice Health Store Experience through building enduring customer relationships.
• Enjoys learning about natural health concepts and related products.
• Supports all aspects of store operations along with the Store Manager to achieve established performance objectives.
• Accurately updates and completes paperwork, including deposit reconciliation.
• Assists in identifying, interviewing, and selecting talent.
• Works with Store Manager to onboard, train, coach/develop, manage and motivate a team of 6-10 associates in how to enhance customer relationships, sales, store operations, and merchandising.
• Maintains continuous and open communication with the Store Manager and store owners on all aspects of the store operations.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, and directives.
• Recognizes and celebrates the successes of all members of the team.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management (natural products industry a plus).

Vital Choice Health Store offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and a great associate discount. Hourly Compensation: $15-$17

Health Assistant / Sales Associate

The Sales Associate, or Health Assistant, is critical to the Vital Choice Health Store experience and mission of helping people get and stay healthy.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that each customer has an exceptional experience by providing a genuine and friendly experience
• Maintain solid product knowledge and stay current with new product introductions.
• Utilize daily and monthly cleaning lists and perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized store.
• Assist in processing shipment, replenishing product, merchandising and monitoring floor stock to ensure all product is displayed and rotated correctly.
• Complete transactions at the POS quickly and accurately.

You must have:

• An ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, multiple priority environment.
• Evening (until 7:30pm) and weekend availability
